The thread "Mercedita Monday" on 6/15 on the Nostalgia board jogged my memory of a trip to the Dutch Caribbean island of Curacao in 2011. I discovered this Plymouth locomotive (once used to haul phosphate from mine to plant) displayed outside the museum in Willemstad. As I approached, it was surrounded by at least a dozen iguanas but they all ran away before I could get a picture. I thought it was interesting that Pressed Steel Car was the international sales agent. I have since read that another Plymouth is displayed outside the former phosphate plant, so I guess I'll have to go back.
