1.   1414E meets 1418W at Baquedano  8/26/08

2.    1414E near Cochrane  8/16/11

3.    1414E at Cerritos Bayos 8/16/11.  The memorial to Luis Campillay A. is where he died,  most likely due to an car or truck accident.  The logo on the right wall shows he was a fan of the University of Chile futbol club.

4.   1415W with sulphuric acid loads at Cumbre  8/16/11

5.  1417W at Cuevita with copper cathodes and acid tanks.  8/11/08    This was the site of the station, hence the tree

6.   1416W with copper concentrate near O'Higgins.  8/22/18

7.   1418W at Los Moros.  4/5/17  This is a rare shot in that the lead concentrate train originates at the San Cristobol mine in Bolivia.  The line near the Chile/Bolivia border is over 13,000 feet in altitude and only the higher-powered Clyde-EMD units or the homebuilt GT22CU-3 units are used on these trains.  Due to a derailment up there,  a number of train consists gathered at Calama and this is one coming down to the port at Mejillones.  Hence the lower horsepower units.

8.   1418E west of Cochrane.  8/13/08   The tank contains water,  despite the sign.

9.    1422E with acid empties at Cumbre.  7/26/12
