I got two roll-bys at Hazawa yesterday.
West bound and down, and loaded and railroadin' to the west.
And East bound and up, and loaded and heading for Tokyo.

The heavy rains and flooding occurred in Kyushu (nearby major city: Kumamoto). That's about 550 miles to the west of Tokyo. FYI, location of Hiroshi's roll-bys is closer to Yokohama.

Kuma River was the major source of flooding, and there's a steam excursion that runs along the river, the "SL Hitoyoshi."
