Staying in Sri Lanka, this is Nawalapitiya, near an overnight stop on the 2018 Far Rail steam tour.

Nice to see these Sri Lanka stations, Bruce. A country I've not visited, but they have rather attractice, well kept stations. chris uk

Yes indeed. Even the two stations in Columbo appeared to be well kept and not chaotic like those in India.  The culture in Sri Lana appeared to be entirely different with crowded but much more organized traffic. And no more trash eveywhere than any other big city. One more from Sri Lanka to go tomorrow.
