Recently released Cold War era Soviet propaganda film about the test detonation of "Tsar Bomba", the biggest hydrogen bomb ever detonated. First 5 minutes or so includes quite a bit of rail related footage. A true intermodal trip, using both rail (with steam!) and special duty highway trucks, with a straddle crane making the transfer. And if you want to see the blast, that's around 22:30 or so. Date: 08/29/20 11:13 Re: Macabre Intermodal Footage From the Soviet Union Author: patd3985 It won't let me watch it! The The New York Times interupts it immediately wanting a subscription to them.

It's almost back up to Cold War levels.
