So, I visited the old railroad stations to take pictures of them. These are former Companhia Mogiana (CM) stations of old Amparo branch.
1- 3) Pedreira is located at old Km 10. Its hight is 684 meters above the sea level. Pedreira town is famous for the porcelain trade. Pedro Rezende Vespasiano MG, Edited 1 time(s). From Amparo started the Serra Negra branch that linked some nice towns of the famous balneary circuit , but I had no time to visit the stations this time. In a next visit to the area I intend to go in search of them.

It is located across the road near the entrance of the city. It is abandonned by the local governnent and homeless are living on it.

Lots of NICE looking old stations that are kept up nicely. Too bad the trains are gone. Great to see all the good looking old buildings Interesting catch of the old steam engine. I feel like I've been on an excellent field trip.
