FCAB new GE power

Not my photo but thought I'd post a shot of the 2019-built GE lightweight C23-EMPs. Westbound near Sierra Gorda,  Chile.   Five were built by Contagem in Brazil.  Nice looking units I think.   If we can ever travel again, I'll get up there and give chase.

Yes, they are beautifull. Interesting the ore cars. Looks the Vale mining GDE ore cars.

I find it interesting that they got these in addition to the GT42AC's. Are these intended for lighter rtack or tighter curves?
