Don't bike on the rails (Brazil)

It happened near Barra Mansa, RJ,  Brazil yesterday. The woman fell into the river and survived. It could be a tragedy. These "cyclists  of weekend" think they can bike everywhere.

Wow.Must be the same the world over Pedro.I see some crazy stuff down here  on our roads.Not a very good bike path system in my area.
