International Railroad Discussion > Ballast train in Humberto Antunes ( Brazil)Date: 03/17/22 19:08 Ballast train in Humberto Antunes ( Brazil) Author: pedrop Hi, following my series of a trip through Rio de Janeiro and Minas Gerais states two weeks ago, now I presents the photos and video of a ballast train leaded by a couple of old U23Cs climbing at low speed the 2.2% grade of Humberto Antunes yard.
If you haven't seen my last post in this series, use this link here Railfaning in Humberto Antunes . 1 - 2) The ballast train climbing the grade and meeting the couple of AC44i that works as pushers to the ore trains from Barra do Piraí to Humberto Antunes; 3) The train is small but it looks heavy to the old U23Cs.
