On Feb 2, 2022 I shot a couple of Transap trains on a 15 mile stretch of track in southern Chile.  Frequencies are few so if you find a train follow it.   The cars are hauling cellulose.

1.  3003E in the hole at Santa Fe,  Chile waiting for a meet with 3004W.  The unit is an SD30M-3 built by MPI Mexico from an SP GP40-2,  number unknown.
2.  3004W at Milantu, Chile after meeting 3003E above.  This one was also built from an unknown SP GP40-2.
3.  3004W nearing Laja, Chile.   After about eight years,  this photo is again possible, as they repainted the bridge and removed all the trees that were blocking a view of the bridge.

Beautifull location. The grass is very high, like is usual in Brazil too.

Transporte Ferroviario Andres Pirazzoli S. A,     (A. Pirazzoli is the founding family)   Transap is their wide gauge (5 ft 6") operation in the south.  They also own meter gauge Ferronor in the north.
