Two big, three small (Brazil)
Author: pedrop

Hi, yesterday (08/28/22) I watched the train of empty locomotives L117 arriving in the yard here in town. Thevubits were coming from EWL yard where  they left 52 empty gondolas for coal.
1) The unit at the crossing level of Km 628;
2) Running through the yard;
3) Preparing to remove two U20C from the consist.

Nice video Pedro. Quite the front porch on the 8114-8119 and look very large compared to the smaller U-boats.

While EMD on the MU receptacle lid is self explanatory, the "MC" is the Maestranzi Corporation out of Genoa City, Wisconsin. They produce the MU cables and plugs we use present day.
I have also seen "CN" in a shield logo on lids, but I don't know what company made it.

Here is another variation on the MU cover. I took this picture today, it the MU lid on the front end of UP 839.
