Rumo railroad launched an AC44i with special Brazilian flag to honor the World Soccer Cup that will have place in Katar on November 20. Here are some pictures of it.

Great images---what is the thing above the windshield on this locomotive and I see that the windshields and side windows have protection. Lot of rock throwers?

Hi Ed, that thing over the windshield is the tray of Autotrack antenna. The screens on the windows are protection from rocks and also from the thieves that use to stole electric parts in the units parked or working as DPU.

They should add 50 calibers to the crew controls.

The left wing are destroying South America. The police can do nothing on the vandals. Now the attacks to stack trains started in Brazil like we had seen in Los Angeles and Mexico. Last month they stolen more than one million R$ in meat from stack trains. Thing getting out off control here.
