Thank you, that railway only has 2 locomotives of that model, they arrived here in May 2020.

Henry Posner III is a former Conrail executive, and Chairman of Rail Development Corporation, which invests in domestic and foreign railroads.

Likewise, Bob Pietrandrea was the other founding partner of RDC with Posner.   RDC, along with some other investors, started FCCA back in the 1990s to operate the recently privatized line.

I always wondered what became of these units. Despite the grim, they look nice in that red and yellow scheme.

Thanks for sharing photos of those, I didn't realize they got that power. When visiting, it was interesting to see how the power was divided between the normal-clearance engines working close to Lima, and the highly modified smaller clearance ones working farther inland.
