Mexico (CDMX->Veracruz)
Author: johnusnsd

Mexico railfanning can be a challenge, due to remoteness of some of the more scenic mountain grade areas (and limited roads anddddd safety), and also traffic (long periods of time of zilch - then back-2-back-2-back trainsets).

Here are some photos from a recent trip to the Veracruz and Queretaro Mexico areas.

1.  Westbound FXE 4546 at the overpass near Acocotla on 20-Mar-2023.
2.  UP 6232 EB/SB through Hercules Canyon in QRO on 20-Mar-2023.
3.  FXE 4573 WB/NB at the Hercules Connection in QRO on 20-Mar-2023. No signal...lol - she just pulled up close, waiting for the KCSM to clear the crossover.
