Patagonian express photo charters?
Author: march_hare

I've been looking around for photo charter opportunities on the Patagonian narrow gauge lines.  Lots of tour groups out there, but I haven't found any real, down and dirty photo charters.

Any suggestions?

Farrail has a tour coming up in 2026. They're primarily photo charters

Here are two videos from March 12 2024 of the narrow gauge in Patagonia.
not enough time to really seethe gift shop there so as soon as you get there go to the
shop as we only went one way and did not return to the main station.

Garratt built in Switzerland for the former prison railway in Ushaia,  Argentina (about as far south as one can get).  I'd guess  the original poster was asking about the Esquel line in Argentina  (nearest city Bariloche).    A regular railroad which is now a tourist operation.  Also where they had the washout-caused roll over a couple of years ago.    Paul Theroux dubbed this line the "Old Patagonia Express" as the title of one of his travel books.
