Hiroshi-san, Happy Holidays!

Looks like a Tokyu Railway Class 3000 stopped at a station. I used that as a clue to find the location - Motosumiyoshi Station, west exit, served by Toyoko and Meguro Lines.

Nearby street is called Bremen St., and name of the statue is "Town Musicians of Bremen." I've never been to this location, but used "NI" (Natural Intelligence) to manipulate the search engine to get me the result in less than 30 minutes. Me:1, AI: 0.
