Steam festival in China

At the end of January a steam "festival" took place in Diaobingshan in northeast China.  This was on a local coal-hauling railroad known to railfans as the Tiefa system, which was famous for its steam operations late into the last years of Chinese steam.  Two steam locomotives were used on special passenger trains, 2-8-0 KD6 487 and 2-8-2 SY 1772.
