Uniden Scanner Question
Author: algoma11

I recently ordered a BC125AT scanner. When you punch up the driver info on the Uniden website it says open up the zip file in XP or Windows 7. I have Windows 10 on the computer, is this usable to download the driver files on 10 or am I missing something?

I've found that sometimes vendor web sites don't give the 'full' info when wanted. I don't know if I found a 'back door' through Google but it took me to a Uniden site and selecting the BC125AT took me to the page with the driver info. Follow the instructions for Windows 8.1 & 10.

I went through that fire drill with Win 7.0 64 bit and the BC75XLT a few days ago. When downloading the Driver, it says it can't find it. I found the exe file on my C drive of downloads and executed it. It will plant a shortcut on your desktop
