Railfan Technology > Artwork questions

I have some great artwork for Frisco steam decals. My problem is, I must be too computer illiterate to convert the scans to Vector images and get rid of the raster jaggies. I have Corel Draw but just can't get the hang of it.
Is there a service or a person where I could send the full scans via Dropbox or on a DVD and have these converted?
I have an ALPS printed, which does a great job, but the edges of the numbers, etc, aren't what I want.
I know somebody here on TO can help.
