Who has the best slide scanning services? I have no need to scan all of my good slides--just the best.

I'm skeptical of the cheap scanners you can find on Amazon. I have a Nikon ES-1, but it has proved to be a pain for a DX camera.

There is a huge difference between slide scanning and slide copying. The Nikon ES-1 is for copying slides. A good quality scanner will provide far superior images and more dynamic range than a slide copying set-up.

In answer to your question though, this place is highly respected in the field.

Costco did my VHS to DVD, haven't tried slides.
