Railfan Technology > Chrome browser crashes using TO

Just recently my Chrome browser began crashing when I attempted to attach a photo to a post here in TO. This does not happen, for example, using Edge. I thought it might be due to my VPN, which sometimes creates problems for email, but it is disconnected.

Any ideas or suggestions?

This is not a big deal, since I can use other browsers, but it bugs me that this is happening. BTW, I've cleared the cache and browsing history.

Using Chrome forever and never had it crash while posting pics on TO, or any other site for that matter.

I could say the same thing until this past week. This morning, however, the problem has gone away. I wish I knew what happened so I can avoid this in the future.
