TO videos don't play on iPad Air. YouTube is fine. When play button is pressed nothing happens. No, there is not a slash over button.

Is there some setting I need to look at? It seems they used to play but don't anymore.

I don't usually watch videos but I just checked on my iPad Air 2 and TO videos play just fine. Running iOS 12.1.1. Maybe try updating the OS?

Well, this is interesting.  I wasn't having a problem until this post came up!.  I have a two month old ipad.  I find that videos will play in the reduced size in the post, but will not play full screen.  Never noticed this behavior before.  Has something changed on TO?

Regarding updating iOS version, if I do that I will have no space on my 16gb drive. It's a shame these updates take so much space.

Just checked this on mine. Works fine in native size or full screen. BTW, this is in Safari. I didn’t check it in Firefox, Chrome, Puffin, etc.

No issues here, iPad Air 2 running iOS 12.1.3 and using Chrome. Full screen playback works fine too.

Think it is my version 10.0.2. I can update, but it will fill up the drive-16g. Might have to get a newer one. Planned obsolescence.

Do you have a bunch of unnecessary apps installed? How about photos or music that can be off-loaded?

Hate to do it, but probably will free up some space. Thanks.

I discovered that TO videos will play on the Foxfire browser on this iPad but not on Safari. At least I can now view them. Thanks for the above ideas.
