I can do it easily on my windows PC, but it's off line for now.
But using Samsung s5 with Chrome browser, when I hit update video thumbnail, it goes to my video on the "Video/audio sharing" page, I enter the seconds to go to, hit update, and nothing changes, plus the seconds to update field goes blank again.
I've also tried "refresh" while trying to update the thumbnail, like you have to do on the PC, but still nothing happens.

I've noticed this since TO switched to the new server.

It takes a few minutes for the thumbnail to be created.  That is because the thumbnail request is sent to our offsite processor to create the thumbnail.  We use to do it on our server using an application called mplayer, but the results were unreliable.
