ATCS DS not working.

Hi everyone. Iam trying to load the DS board for the NS chicgao line toledo ohio area and iam getting this message. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Thanks.

Check your install path's Layouts folder for the .lay file that is listed here:
Configure >> Options >> Display (tab) >> Layout File
The .lay file should be located in your Layouts folder. If it isn't there, copy it there.
