Railfan Technology > Epson V600 photo scannerDate: 07/23/25 10:24 Epson V600 photo scanner Author: redberan4449 Just an FYI for anyone in need of a new photo scanner: Two weeks ago, I bought from Epson a factory-refurbished Epson V600 photo scanner for $250, plus a modest amount for an extended factory warranty which could assist on the installation. Currently, some retailers still sell a brand-new V600 for $600. The original ten-year old software was updated several years ago to make it compatible with Windows 11. It works efficiently, quickly and well with Windows 11.
This product replaced my older and aging Epson V300 which was failing. I recommend the scanner. Date: 07/24/25 16:05 Re: Epson V600 photo scanner Author: TCnR Good info. I'm noticing newer scanners and cameras have a slightly warmer looking color rendition. My older equipment is faithful to the Kodachrome era but is noticably different, more blue perhaps.
I did pick up my V500 on a similar discount event. No complaints for the money, lots of interesting things to learn and do at the time. t4p. Date: 08/18/25 20:25 Re: Epson V600 photo scanner Author: redberan4449 Good place to chat and share.

Thanks. |
