Railfan Technology > Digitizing your old Magazines?Date: 04/27/26 07:53 Digitizing your old Magazines? Author: M-636 I am looking for a way to digitize a huge collection of magazines both from my collection and my dad's collection. Outside of the standard flatbed and document feed style scanners, is there anything out there specifically designed for the digitization of publications with color photos? I did find one scanner (CZUR?) but it does not do color photos, and users complain about the outdated software this device uses.

I know there are sites with quite a collection of digitized ham radio magazines. I'd be surprised if there isn't something similar for rail magazines. You may not find everything in your collection, but you might be able to reduce the size of the task you are looking at.
