Canadian Railroads > The Beaver is Back - CP 9835 emerges in new paint schemeDate: 08/13/17 00:19 The Beaver is Back - CP 9835 emerges in new paint scheme Author: Marcus On February 21, 2017, CP CEO Keith Creel announced, “I am excited to say that 'the beaver is back.’ “
Months later, CP 9835 appears to be the first to roam the railroad sporting the new paint scheme. CP train 603, potash loads, passes through Chilliwack, B.C., on the CN Yale Sub. Later, along the Fraser River in Langley, B.C., it has just met train 416 on double track. Hope it finds its way on all repaints, not just big GE's and EMD's. I'm just happy that some railroads are making their paint schemes more interesting.
