Ive been a sick for quite some time...so Ive had a little extra time to go through some shots. Here are some more entries of mine-maybe a better name for the contest would have been "motion". The first shot is Amtrak #6 leaving Sparks...as a jet takes off in the background. The second shot is the flanger at Soda Springs this past April. The final shot is the spreader plowing off of the lower Cascade bridge at Troy, CA. I know Ive posted the flanger shot already, but in black and white...so sorry to bore those whom have already seen it:) Raylewis

Sorry to hear that you've been feing puny lately Ray. Hope that you're on the mend now. A little railfanning has great medicinal value!

Im better....I hate to do it, but I blame it on the military doctors. I was sick for three weeks before heading back to Bakersfield for some scheduled time off...it scheduled vacation actually paid off, a) I didnt have to work b) I got to seea civilian doctor whom actually took a chest x-ray. But at the same time I dont know what pissed me off more, that I didnt have to live with Bronchitis for over three weeks, or that I had to use my own "leave" to get the time off needed to recoop. Oh well, I only got out once while back in Bakersfield, spent about three hours just checking out Tehachapi. Nothing special though. Ill just save all my film and money...the winter is coming soon! Thanks for the compliments, since Im still not fully recovered Im going to scan some more slides for this contest. Raylewis
