Washing The Pepsi Can

AMTK 160, the so-called Pepsi can locomotive, emerges from the train washer in Seattle, with the Coast Starlight on the drawbar tonight.

Actually, I just checked on the Lake Shore on a cam in Elkhart.  The train is pretty much spotless.  Maybe things are slowly improving out there.

There was a lot of complaining about lack thereof here on Trainorders recently. Maybe someone at Amtrak views Trainorders?  Ha, Ha.

They have a contract to maintain Sounder; probably provides incentive.
