Western Railroad Discussion > La Grange, IL Action (Metra, BNSF, AMTK)Date: 11/20/14 13:36 La Grange, IL Action (Metra, BNSF, AMTK) Author: zchcsse Here is a clip I took last July while I was in Chicago visiting family. AMTK 42, the Veteran's locomotive, was on the point of the eastbound Carl Sandburg so I headed down to La Grange, IL for an hour to catch it. Before it showed up, 2 Metras and an eastbound BNSF crude oil train for CSX passed through. So enjoy some nighttime footage along BNSF's Chicago Subdivision, aka "The Racetrack".
