That's the OACCA 29.  They seem to have returned hot and heavy after a half-year hiatus.  The OCRKB's are also back but those have in the past and still seem to run much less than the Candian ones.

The trains are handling oil.

As mentioned previously, the first OCRKB oil train from Colorado in several months ran a couple of weeks back, with 100 cars and 6 units.The trains had been running with just 61 cars and two units for quite some time. Those trains usually run about once a month.
