On hu.com, there is an NS locomotive number 6963 that is apparently being tracked. What the heck is it?

NS 6531 SD60 has been rebuilt to NS 6963 SD60E and features special GORAIL decals and modified NS paint scheme.

And, according to AltoonaWorks:

Ten years ago today, GoRail was founded to promote the public benefits of shipping more freight by rail. To celebrate, we have a big surprise coming at Railroad Day on Capitol Hill next week.

Article on the Trains Newswire, but I'm not a subscriber so all I see is a thumbnail of the very front of the unit masked up but has green on it.

There is another that is circulating, apparently was shot surreptitiously by an employee, and it was taken down after being posted here. 'Nuff said.

I have seen a photo of the finished product, and it is pretty ugly. IMHO, the front end looks busy and like the NS logo sizing/placement was a complete afterthought. Can't say I care much for it.
