Andy Leffler and I drove up to see what we could find. We were only able to shoot from the south side of the derailment.

The cream and green BNSF leader caught my attention.

They will find the cause through a proper investigation. At this point I do know for a fact that the crew is in the clear as the data download proved nothing they did contributed to this mess. This is what really pisses me off with buffs...they think they know ALL the answers but in reality you guys know next to NOTHING.

These guys said the were GUESSING, not that they KNOW, as you assert. What's wrong with guessing, especially if one states it as such? I made a lot of guesses in the hours after Lac Megantic and caught hell for it; turns out I was right. Just for clarification a lookup of the definition: guess verb 1. estimate or suppose (something) without sufficient information to be sure of being correct.
