A sunny Sunday in Binghamton
Author: cjvrr

My three sons and I went for our monthly "away" railfanning trip this past Sunday to Binghamton, NY.  My middle son is a weather fan too so he saw Binghamton was in for a sunny day on March 29th so we headed up from New Jersey.   We had good results as seen in the attached;

1) NS train 12T westbound at Owego, NY
2) NS train 205 sitting in Binghamton, NY near the former D&H freight house used now by NYS&W
3) NS train 205 with BNSF 6529 and parked NYSW 3810 nearby

4) CP symbol 458 New Milford, PA with D&H 7303 trailing.  We decided to chase this to Taylor yard
5), 6)  CP train 458 a little further south from New Milford, PA

7), 8) we ventured to the graveyard in Nicholson, PA for the shot on the big bridge.
9) Coming into Scranton.  By the time it got to Taylor Yard the setting sun made it difficult to get photos.

Hope you enjoy the photos,

CV the civil E from NJ this time with his three boys...
