The area was still blocked off when took the photo's other than at ends of platforms. In the platform photo i'm standing on eastend on road that city of Hope closed just for new stop. Along with the Mopac depot the former now restored Cairo & Fulton Railroad depot freight house built in 1875 sit just 50 yards east of Mopac depot. Still quite bit Railroad History in Hope.

The MoPac buzzsaw and REA diamond are nice extra touches to a rather substantial small town station. The freighthouse is just the cherry on the sundae, Fantastic job and kudos to all involved!
