Passenger Trains > PV on WB California ZephyrDate: 03/24/13 15:49 PV on WB California Zephyr Author: a6m20 These PV were on the end of #5 WB California Zephyr this morning, stopped at Colfax CA. Private charter for an overnight trip from Oakland CA to Reno and return. Royal Gorge, Plaza Santa Fe, and Two Rivers. Will also post the end-car, the Burrard and a video shortly.

I think the key phrase here from the first post is it is "stopped at Colfax" - hence the train is not in motion.
