IDOT 4611 on the move (SC 44 Charger)

Amtrak picked up IDOT 4611 from the Siemens facility in Sacramento today. The 4611 will go North on the Starlight to Seattle for some required testing on the Cascade corridor. No firm test dates have been set yet.

Saw it on Amtrak #14 today. Through Springfield OR about 1:40pm.
