And the passenger cars more than likely have open windows.

Any guesses as to what country this might be?  Other than the link, I have no further information.

Looks like India ... going by the colour of the locomotives and rolling stock.

M'mmm, I don't think his intent was to "wash the train," LOL.  'Maybe pissed-off a few passengers, though.

On the other hand, if it was really hot, the passengers might thank him!

Unique is the correct word to use.  But, is that really a "him"?  The image is very small, and my old eyes are suspect....but I thought "she" was wearing a dress.  AA

However, Indian diesels are usually boxcar red or blue-and-cream, whereas this one looks dark green to me -- and that usually indicates Pakistan.

Pakistan

Looks like a HGMU30, a Henschel license built GT26CW-2

Cut and paste "Pakistan Railways & Motorbike Stunt" in Youtube, to get a larger image

It's a guy...final shot with no shirt, wouldn't happen with a female in Pakistan.  Many men there wear a sort of long smock over their trousers, which sort of looks like a dress.

Gee Alan, in deferance to the politically correct Gestapo who are infiltrating this site, that is a very polite way of saying that chaps wear frocks in Pakistan
