UPS doesn't hold back

A friend sent me a screen-snap of a mail-order purchase he was expecting UPS to deliver. Note the reason for delay.

Thanks for sharing. I suppose UPS has to state there position in case the receiver wants credit for the UPS Freight charge since UPS did not meet the target arrival date per there schedule, with the guaranteed Ground service. First I've seen this. UPS doesn't want to deal with the calls, unless the package was destroyed in the derailment.
