There is no such thing in the city of San Gabriel, California, which is located at MP 492 on the Union Pacific Alhambra Subdivision.

Right, there is no San Gabriel station on the UP Alhambra Sub.
Closest would be the San Gabriel Mission, as the line passes in front of it while passing through San Gabriel.

Perhaps you meant San DIMAS? That one is on the former ATSF Pasadena Sub, and is used by the Pacific Railroad Society as a museum and library.

There was a train station in Alhambra at one time but it is now gone.

The SP San Gabriel station was located on the north side of the track west of Del Mar Avenue.
