Train surfing indeed.This practice,or tagging from a moving train is carried out regularly down here in Australia (Sydney ,and Melbourne).These fools deserve everything they get ,which of course is often the ultimate,and often gets them into the Darwin hall of fame.
Whatusually happens next ,is the transport authorities get blamed by the media ,and parents for not securing their property correctly.
