Anyone Know Who Owns This Unit?

Hello, this morning I caught this brand-new GE trailing the power on NS 35-N at Mitchell ILL.This unit was brand new,so I assume it was just out of Erie.I am geussing it is headed for South America,anyone know who the owner is and where it is headed? I have attached 2 images, one a roster shot, the other a close-up of the logo. The big logo on the side was covered,sorry for the image quality it was very early morning.
