Central Author: SD45X The SD45's are out of Norfolk,Ne. they have a yard there and these engines were bought for the pig iron trains. Yes, they know what they have and the 20's are preforming as intended. I stopped in the office around midnight and they were burning the midnight oil and were willing to talk. Nice bunch of guys. Told me they just put this train on a daylight schedule account the UP wanted them to meet their roadswitcher at Columbus with the train. I lucked out.
