low light fast train not speed

Was out testing a new Canon 1.4 converter on my Canon 70-200 f4L = 200+ 1.4 +280mm for f5.6.
Shot at Colo, Ia at the Clear Creek X overs . UP West bound stacker making speed.10/14/06
