I'm listening to TV descriptions of a nasty fire around Beaumont/Banning. Has the conflagration affected train ops through the Pass?

Thanks for the quickie response. Sorry about the destruction, but glad train ops are unaffected.

I was in Temecula yesterday (50 miles from the fire), and it looked like a nuclear winter there, with ashen skies appearing like storm clouds and not much sun. It was pushing southwest as mentioned, over the hills to Camp Pendelton and out to the ocean. About 25 miles to the north between Elsinore and Corona the sky was clear.
