Yeah! I was the guy that borrowed your tripod in for a couple early morning shots. All of which were out of focus because i forgot to turn on AF >:( Thanks again for letting me use the tripod!

Ahh yes...my D70 has a hard time focusing in during low light also...that little tiny light is a drop in the bucket...useless

Your best bet is to flip that switch on the left hand side of the mount and just manually tune it in...
