Date: 03/14/02 19:45 RE: Emd sd60 in Temple Tx 3-14-2002 Author: goofey ok, the day I was in Temple 2-16-02...I noticed to the east was a flashing signal of some kind..and one just past the ATSF unit in Jerry's last photo..the signal was about 4 or 5 ft above the ground...kept flashing and flashing..what was that?
