Snow in North Texas
Author: nomosantafe

While it's not a lot of snow, we had sub-freezing temperatures, sleet and snow today.

The interesting thing is that the temperature today was 30 degrees. Yesterday at the same time it was 80 degrees. It's quite a shock to have a 50 degree swing in 24 hours.

I got out and got a few pictures in the snow today.

#3 H BARALT1 27 EB near Avondale, Texas

Enjoy!

Hats off to you Nomo, for braving Texas drivers on icy roads! Some of these here ol' boys jist don't git that slippin' an' a slidin' thang.

Hey, if you include windchill, it was a 65 degree difference (28 degrees, 20 mph sustained north wind = 15 degree wind chill!) in 24 hours. Those rollercoaster shots on the Wichita Falls Sub ain't got nuthin' on our weather.
