Cal. yesterday re-generated itself in Sou. Calif. last night producing several inches of snow at Tehacapai Summit thru early this morning. A second, stronger cold front from the Gulf of Alaska is due on Thursday with snow down to 2000 ft. Up to six inches is likely and could be the biggest dump of the season. U.P. Norden Weatherman
