Is there some kind of M of W window (north of Savanna,IL) that has train counts low on this line lately. This being before the high water problems currently causing problems. The last couple of weeks, it seems there aren't as many trains on this line as "normal". I used to be able to catch ore trains any day of the week, now I haven't even heard them on the radio.
